TRUST YOUR INTUITION !

Well, just two days to go before we, as a nation, make one of the most important decisions in our history.

Making choices is always hard. The black shoes or the brown ...? The Mini or the Mercedes ...? Shall we move, or shall we stay?

It's even harder when there is so much critical information to take into account.

Will the Tories be the best party to take us out of the EU successfully? Will they stand by their manifesto promises to support the NHS with more funding, supply our schools with an extra £4 billion by 2022, put more policemen on our streets to keep us safe? Reduce immigration? Take firm control of our borders?

Will Labour be able to scrap Tuition Fees and pay maintenance grants to students, give every child in the UK free school lunches, introduce 30 hours per week free childcare, extend Maternity Leave to 12 months? Will they really build 100,000 new council houses per year? Will they raise the minimum wage to £10 per hour? Will they manage to put £250 billion into infrastructure over the next ten years? And - not to be forgotten in all this fluff, give us four new Bank Holidays per year! Hooray! (And a million trees will be planted!) Double Hooray!

You will see what side I'm on, and which party I will be voting for on June 8th!

There's been a lot of talk of Teresa May 'turning' on her decisions. So what? It would be a very foolish person not to change their minds, if new information became available. ('The black shoes leak.' 'Right. I'll take the brown shoes, then!' )

Now, had Hilary Benn, a politician of great integrity and honesty (so I believe) been leader of the Labour Party, I might have reconsidered. But in December 2015, Corbyn sacked him from his job as Shadow Foreign Secretary for opposing him in supporting air strikes on ISIS in Syria.

We should never judge people - for their strengths, their failings, their flaws, unless we know them personally. But we do it all the time! Every time we meet someone new, we make an immediate judgement, based on their face, their expressions, their clothes, their speech, etc. We use our intuition as to what sort of person they are. Is he/she my sort of person? And you will know that most of the time, amazingly, we are right! Our Intuition is our best friend!

SO, IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY DECIDING ON THE ISSUES - USE YOUR VERY CLEVER INTUITION!

Do you really think that this man has the ability to be Prime Minister and run our country? (Bearing in mind that over 50% of his own MPs do not support him - and you have to ask yourself, Why not ?) Bearing in mind that he has had dealings with terrorist organisations in the past, and said publicly that the IRA should be

'honoured'.

Would he be tough enough? Do you trust him with the governance of your country?

Ask yourself: Would I buy a used car from this man?

Does Diane Abbott have the political experience, or even the intelligence, to be Home Secretary? Could you rely her to keep our borders secure? Could you depend on her for your safety?

Ask yourself: Would I ask this woman to babysit my kids?

Has John McDonnell, as Shadow Chancellor, any fiscal experience or qualities to bring to the job? He is a self-confessed Marxist, believing that all private ownership of land should be abolished, and Capitalism overthrown. He says that he won't reduce the deficit, and in fact, plans to borrow a further £500 billion to add to our National Debt. (He is also considering a 'Universal Basic Income', under which the Government would give every citizen a free cash handout every month.)

Ask yourself: Would I trust this man with my savings?

Emily Thornberry (Shadow Foreign Secretary) told Michael Fallon (Defence Secretary), live on a BBC televised debate, that he was talking 'Bollicks!' She said, at a Press Conference, that reporters had the right to ask their 'Stupid questions'. And when a Sky News presenter asked her if she knew the name of the French Foreign Minister, or the gender of the South

Korean President, she said she didn't do Pub Quizzes!

Ask yourself: Would I want this woman to speak on my behalf?

And who is this woman?

? ? ? ? ?
